Turkish Journal – Şevval Erdağ – Minister of Family and Social Services of the Republic of Türkiye Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, who came to Qatar to attend the “Arab Forum for Multidimensional Social Development” held on 7-8 February, where Türkiye was the guest of honor. “The condolence visit to the Palestinian journalist Vail ed-Dahduh”
Minister Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş visited Vail ed-Dahduh, the Gaza office manager and correspondent for Al Jazeera television, who has become a symbol.
Conveying President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s condolences, Göktaş emphasized that Türkiye feels the pain of all Palestinians, including Dahduh.
Minister Göktaş, highlighted that under the leadership of President Erdoğan, Türkiye stands ready to provide all forms of support to the Palestinians and the importance of an urgent ceasefire in Palestine.
Dahduh expressed gratitude to Minister Göktaş for the visit and to Türkiye for its support.
“Meeting with citizens at the Doha Yunus Emre Institute”
Minister Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş came together with earthquake-affected citizens in Qatar, Turkish students studying at Qatar University, as well as students and teachers at the Turkish school, at the Doha Yunus Emre Institute.
Minister Göktaş emphasized the importance of representing Turkish culture, values, and language while preserving them on a global scale.
Minister Göktaş noted that the institute, by reflecting the spirit of Yunus Emre’s invitation “Come, let us meet,” makes significant contributions to our country’s perception and image on the international platform. Minister Göktaş extended gratitude to everyone who contributed.
