NEW YORK – Monday morning, Arpil 21, 2014 the Opening Bell of the NASDAQ was rung by İbrahim M. Turhan, Chairman and CEO of Borsa İstanbul to celebrate the Borsa Istanbul – NASDAQ OMX strategic partnership.
Boğaziçi University, a Turkish public university which was established as Robert College in 1863 as the first American educational institution founded outside the US and top-level executives for Borsa İstanbul (Turkish Stock Exchange) visited the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square.
In honor of the 150th anniversary of the University, Gülay Barbarosoğlu, President of Boğaziçi University rang the Closing Bell of the NASDAQ.
