By Janet Ekstract, ISTANBUL – The fourth edition of CI Bloom – Contemporary Istanbul will feature 26 galleries along with four independent art initiatives that offer an original glance into the evolving language of art in Turkiye and beyond. CI Bloom 2025 will be a celebration of “emerging voices, dynamic galleries and fresh perspectives.” In 2025, CI Bloom will have its first-ever collaboration with ArtWide, a leading international online auction and private sales platform. What makes this year’s CI Bloom unique is that selected works by artists featured in CI Bloom – different from those exhibited at the fair will be on sale through a special online aution organized in collaboration. Such an innovative model was designed to bolster artist visibility, enhance galleries proposal and bring global collectors closer to artists they most likely have never seen before. Contemporary Istanbul believes that inspiration and unity are derived from art and that art offers “a powerful way to connect, reflect and feel hope.” CI Bloom is not just a typical art fair – “it’s an invitation to engage with creativity, dialogue, contrast and the power of art.”
CI Bloom is proud to announce a “dynamic new chapter” The Artsy x Contemporary Istanbul digital preview that will open online on October 18. Artsy is an organizing partner for this year’s CIF Dialogues program, moderated by CI New York representative and Contemporary Istanbul Foundation artistic content advisor Sarp Kerem Yavuz.
