New leader of the Greek Cypriot administration, Nikos Anastasiadis, on Thursday officially began serving.
Anastasiadis took oath in a ceremony held at theGreek Cypriot assembly.
Speaking after the ceremony, Anastasiadis underlined that they were ready for a new relationship withTurkey in this new term.
Touching on Turkey’s EU bid, Anastasiadis stressed that they supported Turkish membership in the EU.
